No Whitney city clerk or municipal court exists because Whitney is an unincorporated town. The Clark County Recorder indexes deeds and liens. The Assessor connects owners with parcels, and court clerks maintain party dockets. Separate custodians handle marriage records, voter files, vital certificates, business filings, professional licenses, and genealogy collections. The aim is to connect each search need with the right official tool, contact point, and access rule.
